If you don't open your packages, you never find out what's inside your packages.
Since your packages are from overseas, products name don't need to be described on the custom card. |
★About returning and canceling goods. |
Regarding the quality of products and shipment, we ship products in the strict quality control regime.
・You receive the products which are different to the ones you ordered
・The products you received are defective, broken or insufficient
Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the products without using them. Also, if you don't have packaging materials (boxes and envelopment), invoice (if packed toghether), an address label, we can't accept your request.
Regarding defective products, if you take pictures of them, it might be very helpful.
After we confirm defectives, we exchange and reship products. However, we cannot reship products in case of below:
1. In case products or accessories get defective or broken in opening or dealing with them.
2. In case we cannot confirm returned products or defective part of products.
3. In case you already use defective products.
4. In case we cannot confirm that products are shipped from our company as LotNumber or Expire is unceratin.
